Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PinIQ iOS application ("App") operated by Enzo Anderson ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinIQ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PinIQ is a pharmacokinetic tracking application that allows users to model blood concentration curves, log compound protocols and doses, track health markers, and receive dose reminders. The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

3. Important Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

PinIQ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, calculations, insights, and information provided within the App — including pharmacokinetic models, dosing schedules, compound data, and health marker analysis — are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes or should be construed as professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, adjusting, or stopping any compound, supplement, or health protocol. Use of the App does not replace professional medical supervision. We expressly disclaim any liability for health decisions made in reliance on information provided by the App.

4. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using PinIQ, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the App.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

a) Free Trial
PinIQ may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

b) Subscription Plans
PinIQ is available on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed within the App and on the App Store listing. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

c) Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

d) Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.

e) Billing Management
All subscription management, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds outside of Apple's standard policies.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and data within PinIQ — including but not limited to the pharmacokinetic models, compound database, user interface, and branding — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. User-Entered Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (protocols, dose logs, health markers, etc.). By entering data into the App, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data for the sole purpose of providing the App's functionality. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PinIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health-related consequences, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that pharmacokinetic calculations will be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances. Pharmacokinetic models are mathematical approximations and individual responses vary significantly.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (including Apple's App Store and Sign in with Apple). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
